What is this site about?

So um, this is a roleplay site right? what is it about, like plot, blah blah backround info and stuff.

It's a community. With a good number of fantasy elements (RP fights and so on) and real elements as well (Like a small-scaled replica of an Economical system.)

It's still small and recent, but with the help of everyone, it'll grow. Either way, you're welcome to join. Make sure you DO read the rules, though.

So like whats the setting? future? past? a magical world on a different planet? an alternate dimension?

We are more like a Country living in the World of Internet! We are the very first organized Internet civilization, in time we shall carry a Flag, Educational System, Anthem, Culture, History, etc.

Well I am currently working on "Utopia Universe" a new forum, basically this concept only enlarged into personal graphics, more customizable avatars and items. New topic discussion, so you can actually enjoy the new Utopia anyway you like, like a general discussion forum on any topic, or a game forum.
Although I'm still working on it, it may take a few weeks (maybe 2) to open up Utopia Galaxy.
